If you install update KB3013455 on a Server 2003 that is a Terminal Server you’ll notice the fonts in the Terminal Server environment will be blurry. I found this to be the case on two of my clients, both clients have Windows 7 and 8.1 clients connecting to a Windows Server 2003 Terminal Server. I removed the update and this resolved the issue, and I was able to put the update back on and the font issue returned.
