If the customer has a HP Officejet printer (have only had to deal with the J5780) and everything they print is a mirror image follow these steps.
1. Delete printer in “Printers and Faxes”
2. Delete printer from “Device Manager”
3. Restart the computer
4. When computer comes back up HP will ask for the driver disk
5. Click next/continue to the HP software trying to install the printer
6. Print test page
