Meet Josiah, AN AngelCom Employee
POSITION: SUPPORT ENGINEER
Tell us about your work at AngelCom?
I have worked at AngelCom for 2 years. I primarily do phone and remote support, but also do onsites and estimates when necessary.
What is your favorite thing about working at AngelCom?
The owner, Jeremy, creates a very relaxed atmosphere, and everyone gets along very well. It’s a good place to work.
What does a typical day at AngelCom look like in your role?
Whether I’m working from home or in the office, I usually start the day by going through my email and answering phone calls. If I’m at home, the day is mostly spent answering phones and doing remote support. If I’m in the office I help wait on customers and visit clients onsite as necessary.
Last Spring, I fell 17 feet off my roof and lived to tell the tale with relatively minor injuries.
Josiah,
AngelCom Support Engineer
You’re based out of our East Coast offices, tell me something cool about living in Maine?
Maine is the only continental state without poisonous critters, snakes, spiders, etc. We also have the largest scale model of the earth in the world, as well as the largest scale model of the solar system (both of which I have seen).
Tell us something that might surprise us about you.

Last Spring, I fell 17 feet off my roof and lived to tell the tale with relatively minor injuries (broke my shoulder and foot, both of which are healed now.)
What do you do in your free time?
Free time? What’s that?
If you were an animal, what would you be and why?
A cat since I’m hoping I have 9 lives!
What are your indoor and outdoor hobbies?
I am currently trying to build a house so my family can move closer to my job, so most of my time outside of work is spent working on the house. If I’m not working on the house, I enjoy spending time with my wife and son.
What are you currently watching on Netflix?
Who has Netflix anymore? We are however working our way through the Star Wars shows on Disney+ and are currently on The Bad Batch.

Do you have a secret talent no one knows about?
I have Jedi reflexes 😉. Just kidding, but if I drop something 7 times out of 10, I can catch it in midair.
